Pay the fees for the online RTI application
You must make a Payment of a India Postal Order Fee of Rs. 50/- to obtain data from the SPIO/SAPIO, underneath Section 6 (1) of the Act. Attach the fee in the form of a Court Fee Stamp in conjunction with the Application. You can also build a payment in the mode of a non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.50 or by Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque/ Indian Postal Order to be paid in favour of or call of the linked bank account Government of JK RTI Rules.

Frame the Questions Correctly and in Proper Format
You should address your queries with the application in easy language, you can write the utility in Kashmiri, Dogri, Urdu, Hindi, and English language.
