At the time of buy, you might not remember to insist this important certificate. Achievement Certificate is an important state example for issuing possession certificate. If the builder is unwilling to fabricate or provide this document on command, you can get it from the Municipal establishment or the Development organization by filing RTI Application.

To get an Occupancy Certificate Online , the subsequent credentials required to be submitted by the developer:

  1. Copy of authorizing the plan
  2. Building origination Certificate
  3. Copy of Completion Certificate
  4. assets Tax receipts

NOCs from contamination board or Airport power. These may also differ from state to state depending on the restricted laws.
