What is the Second Appeal in RTI?

Any person who does not satisfy a verdict inside the time laid out in or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may an additionally inside thirty days from the expiry of such length or the receipt of this kind of decision decide upon an attraction to such officer who is senior in rank to the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer because the case might also be, in every public authority

What is the Time Limitation for the Second Appeal under RTI?

On condition that such an officer may also admit the appeal after the expiry of the period of thirty days if a person is satisfied that the appellant was stopped by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.

Where an appeal is opposed to an order built by a Central Public Information Officer or a State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, reveal third party information, the appeal by the concerned third party shall be made within 30 days from the date of the order.
