The new law intends to disclose information replacing the culture of confidentiality. 1. Objectives:

The public authorities also have to information broadly in any form which is simply available to the public.
4. Criticism:
The Act has been disparaged on several bases. It gives information on demand but does not sufficiently strain information on topics associated with water, food, surroundings, and other continued existence requirements. It does not emphasize active interference in humanizing citizens regarding their rights to access information. One more thing is allowing for file noting except those related to social and development projects to be excused. File noting is very important when it comes to the policy-making of the government.
