Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana- Basically, Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana (PMRPY) is a scheme that incentivizes employers who are registered with the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) for job creation by paying the entire contribution employers to make to the Employee Pension Scheme (EPS) and Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) for new employees who have a new universal account number (UAN).
This Scheme benefits both employers and workers since it encourages employers to hire more workers in their establishments while providing jobs for a large number of workers. Social security benefits of the organized sector will be available to these workers as a direct benefit.
eSHRAM portal- To seed all unorganized workers with Aadhaar by creating a centralized database of all unorganized workers (UWs) such as construction workers, migrants, gig and platform workers, street vendors, domestic workers, and agricultural workers.

A majority of Unorganized Workers are engaged in tasks such as pulling rickshaws, selling goods on the streets, loading brick kilns, cobbling, picking rags, domestic work, washer work, doing own account jobs, or engaged in apprenticeships. The number of such unorganized workers in the country is estimated at 42 crores.
