Children have special rights to protection and care, which are considered children's rights. As defined by the 1989 Convention on the rights of the child (CRC), a child is anyone under the age of 18, unless, under applicable law, the child has reached a majority.
As part of their legal rights, children have the right to associate with both their parents, possess the right to human identity, as well as the right to physical protection, food, universal state-financed education, health care, and legal protection under appropriate criminal laws. It is the child's right to equal protection under the law and freedom. A child's right can be construed in a wide range of ways, ranging from the recognition of the child's autonomy in enforcing the physical, mental and emotional safety of children, although what constitutes “abuse” is a matter of debate. In addition to rights to care and nurturing, there are other definitions.
Child Labour- It is not necessary to consider all work performed by children as child labor to be eliminated. It is generally regarded as positive when children or adolescents engage in activities that do not negatively affect their health and education. The students can earn pocket money outside of school hours and during holidays by helping their parents around the house, working in the family business, or helping with the family business. Providing children with these kinds of activities helps them develop, and as a result, helps their families; they give them the skills and experience they need to be productive adults.
Child labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Rules, 2017
It has a revised version of the central regulations on child labor (prohibition and regulation). been notified by the Government of India after extensive consultation with the stakeholders. Children and adolescents are protected by the Rules through prevention, prohibition, rescue, and rehabilitation. In the rules, specific provisions were incorporated to clarify issues related to family enterprises, help in families, and definitions of families with respect to children. Additionally, it provides protection to artists who have been permitted to work under the Act, both in terms of working hours and conditions of employment. In order to ensure the effective application and respect of the law, art the rules include provisions relating to the duties and responsibilities of law enforcement agencies.

Teenagers/children/others are inspired by this game to add unknown contacts under the name 'Momo' to WhatsApp. Contacts will appear with an image of the terrifying Japanese 'Momo' doll with bulging eyes once the contact has been added.
